Meet Gina Presta

Gina was born into an entrepreneurial family with a 2nd generation construction business. As a result, a passion for the design and building process caused her to have a sharp eye for real estate. Originally a Connecticut native, she moved to the Tampa area in 2017, where she attended the University of Tampa and received her Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship. Falling in love with Tampa Bay, she was determined to plant her roots here. When it came time to choose a career, this came very naturally, as she was always fascinated by the intricacies of the business. As a Realtor®, she is relentless in ensuring her clients get the best there is in the market. Gina strives to have excellent customer service and a commitment to work hard, listen and follow through. She provides quality service to build relationships with clients and more importantly, maintain those relationships by communicating effectively. Outside of real estate, you will likely find her sipping an iced coffee, or with her dog Enzo.
