Meet J. Thompson Douglass

Thompson is a proud Tampa Bay native being raised his entire life in various parts spanning from Clearwater over to Wesley chapel, and now the Lutz/Citrus park area. For about a year and a half, Thompson worked as a supervisor for a high-end construction company before leaving to go all-in as a real estate agent. In his time as a supervisor, he oversaw anywhere from six to ten ongoing projects primarily in North Tampa, South Tampa, and Brandon, but also down in Sarasota and pockets of St. Petersburg. He also spent time managing the back-end pre-production for one-third of the services offered by the construction company. This type of work experience has helped to refine his skills of operational organization, management and communication. With these experiences, from being raised all over Tampa to his work background, Thompson knows Tampa and the surrounding areas like the back of his hand, and understands how valuable that can be when working with today’s buyers and sellers. When Thompson isn’t helping clients, he takes classes at Hillsborough Community College (HCC) with a focus towards business, marketing and finance.
